Users may submit privacy-related requests through agents authorized to act on their behalf. The agent must prove their identity, and establish that they are authorized to act on a user’s behalf by submitting a notarized Power of Attorney or Affidavit.

In order to protect the safety and security of our users, California residents seeking to access their rights under CCPA will be required to log into their account to verify your identity.

We share data with Boat Box service providers and business partners. Boat Box provides data to vendors, consultants, marketing partners, research firms, and other service providers or business partners. These include:

• They may find specific information collected about them
• They may request deletion
• They may opt of sale of personal information

California residents may request that Boat Box:

• Disclose the sources, categories, and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about them, how that information is used including the purpose, and with whom Boat Box shares it
• Delete their personal information
• Disclose, for any “sales” of personal information under the CCPA, the categories of personal information collected and sold and to what categories of third parties it was sold
• Opt them out of sales of their personal information (if any)
• Provide a copy of their personal information in a readily usable format that allows the information to be transmitted to others

California residents may not be discriminated against for exercising any of the rights described above.
